LDS Genealogy
LDS is another way of saying Mormon. The LDS genealogy is slightly different than what non members seek. The main difference is that Mormons keep records of ordinance dates like baptism, confirmation, priesthood, and other temple ordinances. This makes the LDS Genealogy a little more time consuming because there is more to keep track of. In addition, they continually perform vicarious works for those that have passed on and that takes a lot of record keeping as well.
