Genealogy Sites

The best free web site is http://www.familysearch.org This is the LDS website that allows you to print out a family tree and look up names on perhaps the largest family history database in the world.  If you start getting into genealogy, then you will want to download the PAF (personal ancestral file) program that can be downloaded for free at familysearch.org.  The PAF program allows you to keep track of all your genealogy research.  There are other sites that offer an inferior program to PAF; so keep that in mind.   

If you want to learn about Mormon beliefs then http://www.mormon.org is a great resource for non members.  Members will want to go to http://www.lds.org.

The other website that is very popular, but requires a fee of around $300.00 per year is http://www.ancestry.com.
